High Protein Yoghurt Bark

- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Nut butter both peanut and almond butter work well
- 1 tsp Honey maple syrup, or another liquid sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional
Mix Greek yogurt, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Then, transfer this mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the parchment paper as evenly as possible.
Add the toppings of your choice.
Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, crack into pieces and enjoy!
