Ingredients

Chicken

  • 500 g raw chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cardamon
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2-3 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan frying)

Air-Fryer Potators

  • 600 g potatoes (can be sweet potatoes or white potatoes, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp seasonings (any you like e.g. paprika or all purpose)

Salad

  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 handful pickled cucumber

Homemade Yoghurt Sauce

  • 150 g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp cumin
  • dash salt & pepper

To Serve

  • 40 g hummus per plate

Instructions

Chicken

  • Dice the chicken breast and mix with seasonings, yogurt, lemon juice and minced garlic
  • Let marinate for a minimum of 1 hour
  • Pan fry with some olive oil for 4-5 mins per side.

Air Fryer Potatoes

  • Finely dice the potatoes into small chunks and season with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Airfry at 390F for 15-20 mins

Yoghurt Dressing

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.

To Serve

  • Add hummus as the base, top with the potatoes, chicken, salad, pickles, and top with the homemade yoghurt sauce
