  • 125 g raspberries
  • 100 g pecans
  • 200 g dark chocolate (80%)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Line a lunchbox with parchment paper
  • Add the berries and pecans
  • Pour over the melted chocolate
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
  • Let set in the fridge or freezer until set.Cut into pieces and enjoy!
