Healthier version of the classic rocky road

- 125 g blueberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 100 g pecans
- 200 g dark chocolate (80%)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Line a lunchbox with parchment paper
Add the berries and pecans
Pour over the melted chocolate
Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
Let set in the fridge or freezer until set.Cut into pieces and enjoy!
